How the service works
Preparation pre-procedure
The dentist assesses the patient and shares specifications with the lab, including scans, a treatment plan and implant site details.
On the day of procedure
We will support your practice on the day with our Photogrammetry and IOS equipment.
Digital implant scanning
After implant placement, the dentist uses our Shining 3D scanner to create a precise digital model. We provide full support in using the scanner and through the process.
Prosthesis Design
Once the patient is scanned the prostheses will be digitally designed.
3D printing
At the Lab our team uses state-of-the-art 3D printing technology to produce the prostheses with speed and accuracy and skilled technicians apply finishing touches for optimal aesthetics.
Ready for fitting
The completed prostheses are delivered to your practice the same or next day, ready for fitting, ensuring your patient leaves with a happy, confident smile.
